We have also helped a number of clients in their out-of-court divorce proceedings; this usually involves negotiating and drafting an agreement and deed of divorce (talaq) and after the agreement and/or deed are signed, notifying the local union council about the divorce. Our firm endeavors its best to resolve the marriage disputes by way of mediations; however, if the circumstances make it impossible to resolve the matrimonial disputes, we resort to Family Courts for its dissolution.
